Comrade Ko Htet Aung Htun from ABFSU was unjustifiably sentenced to 11 years in prison by Fascist Court Martial
2023 April 5th | ABFSU Ko Htet Aung Htun, a Students Right Deputy of Ayardaw district Students Union(ABFSU) was unjustifiably sentenced to be captivated 11 years in prison imposed with 505(a) and 50(j) by Monywa district court on 29th March. Ko Htet Aung Htun's wife Ma Khine Zar Linn, was also sentenced for 5 years in captivation . Comrade Ko Htet Aung Htun and his wife Ma Khine Zar Linn were brutally seized in by SAC at Ayardaw-Monywa road on February 6th 2022 and sentenced as they were mete out to be and have been unlawfully detained at Monywa Prison. 2023 March 31| ABFSU Comrade Ma Su Thoon Paing, whom she is a member of No. 2 Basic Education Mayangon Students’ Union(ABFSU) was unjustly sentenced 3 years in captivation inculpated with 505(a) penal code from Mayangon district Court on 30th of March. 18 years old ABFSU Comrade Ma Su Thoon Paing, who she is a basic education student was barbarically apprehended on 26th October 2022 and sentenced unjustly now on certain as promptly. 2023 March 23 ABFSU Comrade Ko Kaung Sett Paing, a Ground Mission Deputy role of North Oklalapa Students’ Union (ABFSU) was unjustly sentenced to life imprisonment by Fascist Court Martial imposed with unjustifiable 505(a) and 50(j) penal codes on 22nd of March. 20 years old ABFSU comrade Ko Kaung Sett Paing was atrociously seized and captivated on December 1st 2023 as he was mete out to be sentenced. As well, Vice president of No. 1 Basic Education North Okalapa Students’ Union (ABFSU) Comrade Ko Hein Htet (aka) Ko Po Po was also unjustifiably sentenced to captivate life imprisonment under Fascist Court Martial on 9th Febraury 2023. Facist Military of Burma arrested a student of ABFSU and brutally totured him.
29th July, 2022 Ko Zaw Myo, President of BEHS (3) Bahan Students' Union was arrested by the military on July 25th. He is currently detained and brutally interogated at Sanchaung Police Station. The military showed him the photos of his comrades and tortured him until he bleeds from his ears. He is prosecuted under Section 505(A) unjustly and will be sent to Insein prison in August.
